Terms of Service

1. What Yoo is

Yoo is a paper-trading simulator. It shows live market data from third-party trading terminals and lets you place simulated trades with virtual SOL. No real funds are ever deposited, traded, held or paid out, and virtual balances have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or withdrawn.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Simulated results do not predict real results: real trades involve fees, slippage, liquidity and risks a simulator cannot reproduce. Memecoins are highly volatile and you can lose everything you trade with real money. Make your own decisions.

3. Your account

• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 18.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information, and do not create accounts to manipulate leaderboards or rankings.

4. Yoo Pro

Yoo Pro is a one-time purchase (currently $97.00, the price shown at checkout is the price you pay). It is not a subscription and does not renew. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Refunds: [Refund window policy]. To request one, email support@yoo.pet from the address you paid with. If a payment is refunded or reversed, Pro access ends.

5. Acceptable use

Do not:

• break the law, or use the Service to harm, harass or deceive anyone;
• interfere with, overload, probe or bypass the security of the Service;
• scrape, copy or resell the Service or its data, or reverse engineer the extension;
• use bots, scripts or multiple accounts to game points, leagues or leaderboards.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Third-party services

Yoo works alongside trading terminals such as Axiom and Terminal and relies on providers including Stripe, Supabase and the Chrome Web Store. Yoo is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and their own terms apply when you use them. Market data comes from these sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.

7. Public profiles and leaderboards

If you choose to appear on leaderboards or the public feed, your display name, avatar and simulated trading activity become visible to others. You can change this at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

8. Changes and availability

We may change, pause or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. When changes are material we will tell you before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Yoo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any trading decision you make, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law jurisdiction], and disputes are handled by its courts.
